If you want a drop more then 1 inch you will need new shocks or some good coilovers. Then you will also need LCA's and will probably want to look into roll center correction.

I was actually thinking of this when I wrote that lol. Only Megan coils are probably worse. Or maybe the 32k 326 Power coils on the Stancenation car

More then 1.5 front and back (I don't care what the spec sheet says I own a tape measure). Over 60K miles. Only bounced off the stops 10 or so times. Ride is little different than stock. Handling is maybe a tad better EAT IT!

We only have about 5mm of travel before we start compressing the bump stops in the front. The bump stops act as a sort of secondary spring with a rapidly increasing spring rate in these cars. The OEM bump stops are 60mm tall. While you may not completely bottom out the suspension, I assure you, you are compressing the bump stops every single day.
