Roll on WOT pull from 2nd to bottom of 4th

[ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xfcb2Kc-4Pc"]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xfcb2Kc-4Pc[/ame]

Also, I finally got off my ass and installed a bunch of the STI pieces - short shifter, vent grilles, door handles, center stack panels, shift lever cover, and the Starlink system and corresponding black dash panels from a 2015 Series Blue.

The STI shifter shortens 4mm in each direction:

Quote:
It is a short-stroke gear shift lever assembly in pursuit of quick shift work worthy of a sports car. By changing the lever ratio, twist the joints, we have reduced the amount of 4mm each stroke direction forward and after filtration. This allows us to achieve a high sense of direct shift feel further quick.
I'll probably order the STI dayliner extensions, red armrests for the door, cluster visor and push button start to finish up some of my more immediate wants.

It's going to be fun installing these tonight.

STI steering wheel
STI push button start
STI dayliner extensions
STI cluster hood/visor
Wheelhaus 3rd break light
TRD aero stabilizer
OEM padded speaker and center console knee pads

I'll try posting some install videos. I've been doing some (albeit really shitty) but hopefully they help some folks.

Installed all of those pieces except for the brake light from Wheelhaus. It takes a bit longer and I haven't had the time to block off to do that one right.

The STI tS dayliner extensions don't fit perfectly. Its a little annoying, but it still looks great. My car has a bunch of small details you will miss unless you know what you're looking for (which I enjoy) and these are no exception. I took a few install pics as well.

Tomorrow I'll snap some pics of the interior, which is just about all STI'd out, except for the door pieces which I'll order soon. The seats, well, still thinking about how to get those...

Set the appointment with West End for corner balance and alignment. Definitely need to get the Cusco LCA's, toe arms, lateral links, Perrin PSRS, Whiteline Positive Shift Kit and STI subframe bolts in before then. Should ride like a dream afterwards though.

Ordered a new fuel pump. The Grams fuel pump seems to hold up okay, but I need more flow for some future changes...

Also, made myself a new avatar.

360whp yesterday, just shy of a lightly modded C5 Corvette, some other blown Cobras, Stage 3 and big turbo SRT-4's. Surprised a lot of people.

I've been meaning to focus the car more towards a track setup, and today I had my first appointment at West End Alignment, the folks who do the alignment for CSG, Matt Farah, and other well known folks/teams.

Today was scheduled for correcting my ride height, weighing and corner balancing the car, and an alignment with the intent for a return trip in a month. I got an 8/10 aggressive setup with some specific things to focus on as feedback for my second appointment, after the Perrin PSRS, Whiteline bump steer correction kit, and Whiteline positive traction kit have been installed a couple weeks from now.

Here's a shot from this morning:

Yes, thats a Championship White Type R! That's also a really mean Cobb-tuned Aeroflow-outfitted STI in for KW V3's in the back.

Tonight I'll be removing the STI Flexible Draw Stiffener and putting the Cusco Front Engine Powerbrace back on, as well as the Rear Powerbrace. I may get to the JR oil cooler install, MTEC shifter springs and STI subframe bolts over the course of this weekend as well.

I've had the corner balance and alignment from West End for a couple days now, and I can say that its a night and day difference in terms of how the car handles. I love it, I'll probably never go back to a standard alignment place for this car again.

That said, I wanted even more stiffness out of the car. I swapped the standard rear subframe bolts out for the STI bolts, I didn't do the Whiteline positive traction kit bushing inserts yet because I want to enjoy the current setup.

I reinstalled the Cusco diff brace and the Cusco front engine powerbrace. These things make all the difference - I ran the STI Flexible Draw Stiffener with and without the Cusco diff brace and you can tell the difference. Now the front engine powerbrace and the diff brace installed plus the alignment... This is getting closer and closer to my opinion of perfection on this platform. I literally can't wait for my service appointment for the rear subframe bushings, roll center and bump steer correction kit, and front subframe bushings.

So stoked.

Pics for comparison, enjoy!

Looking really sick. Love the sound of the pulls. I always appreciate a solid function>form build. Were there any Cusco parts you installed that you feel didn't improve anything by much?
