I only like the RS05RR's style in 18's, so my preference would be those but to each their own

However, I think I'd be more tempted to go after a set of these wheels on my new ZL1. Same performance, half the price and now it supposedly does corners....

That could work as well except there will be to many of them for me. Gotta have the "hey look over here" car to make up for my crippling shyness and introverted nature.

Anyone ever let someone drive your vehicle and as they drove off or towards you. You thought? (.....)
Family drove my Diesel truck today and as it drove off I thought. HOLY CRAP that is loud. Much louder than I imagined. Its pretty quiet in the cab and i knew it was loud at idle, but man that thing can crank some noise driving off.

My wife always complains that my car shakes the windows in the house. I always just brushed it off as an exaggeration (it is only TRD catback). The other day I started the car and realized I had forgot some stuff so ran back in the house but left the car running. Yep she was right damnit (not that I can tell her that).

And it wont be the one time you were wrong about the windows. It will be you were wrong thus now from here on out that is a justifiable reason to why she is right on everything else going forward

My father-in-law to be said the same thing about my BRZ's exhaust. It was only a Greddy SP Elite copy, but apparently it vibrated the entire house

They live in a really small single level, but still.

I was gonna say yes and then make a crack about except that I don't have a cabinet full of dolls and then realized instead I have many cabinets full of toy airplanes and tanks.
So I guess the short answer is pretty damned close!
Other then diet of course. We are on totally different planes of existence on that subject.

Since these are pre 1972 cars are those measurements in the old or new measurement standards? If old then we can take about 20% or so off since all the numbers were inflated by the test protocols used then. I would guess they are to the new standard since they are relatively "high" but am not 100% sure.
I'm not sure either. These were taken from this website:

http://www.carfolio.com/specificatio...36003#a_engine

I just assumed that the site simply copied the information provided by Nissan in the owner's manual from 1969. If these are not the "new" standard, then my point is strengthened even further by taking off an additional 20% from the power and torque specs.
