I contacted semotors.com and they said they only warranty for 1 year. I have a friend who welds who said he will attempt to fix it.

Have to reflash a stage 1 OFT rom too until this is resolved.

Has anyone else had issues?
Where is the crack

Uh..yes.. I don't get what you're trying to be a wise-ass about.

I have a good feeling it is cracked or has a hole in it or something. Based on this hunch, I asked a good friend if he would weld it if there are any cracks. Friend says yes. This is a daily driver so I'm trying to get this in order for a fast fix/recovery. Understand?

Understand. Just don't see why you are posting in a review thread that you have a crack and a welder on standby before verifying that you have a crack. Sorry if I came cross as wise ass.

Well at the same time, I'm only saying I think I do and asking if anyone else has had an issue.

Took a look today and no cracks or holes and nothing looks wrong at all. The only part I cant check with 100% certainty is under the mesh for the flex pipe section.

I'll record a sound clip when I leave today.

I'll try to describe it the best that I can. When I first installed the header, I got the typical sound most people report which is the sound of air rushing through the header pipes, which is normal. 2 weeks ago or so, I also started getting this minor/light clicking/tapping sound only when accelerating. I also have a slight reduction in fuel economy. I always reset my mpg average when I fill up and my normal is 30-31 but lately it's been 28-29...not a big difference, but it's a difference. When I sit somewhere idling, I can smell the exhaust which I never recall smelling before.

I did notice that the gasket for the header/overpipe was flaking away a little bit on the outside edges, I'm not sure if this is enough to cause leakage but I did notice it.

i had issues before between my header and overpipe connection. i used a thicker gasket and no more issues. with the car running, you can feel any air from the inside of the engine bay around the flange if leaking.

If that's the case, get this. I had a similar leak and this fixed.

Went out for coffee and as I go to leave and pull out of the parking lot I got a CEL and my traction control light came on.

The CEL codes are:

P0171 System too lean (Bank1)
P1170 Port Injector Fuel Performance Does not come on DTC
