Non-JonMotoring source for lip kits?

I ran across some vendor review post on here mentioning how shady JonMotoring was. This is a shame, since they had really good deals on replica lip kits/skirts/etc. I've got some big scratches in my front lip and want to cover it with a lip, and would like to get skirts and spats too if the price is right.

Does anyone have a reliable source for these pieces that they recommend? Was the hype about JonMotoring overblown?

I searched some, but there are literally thousands of posts about lips on here, so I figured I'd ask for some current feedback.

Thanks!

I too am in the looking stage for a new lip. I purchased a DevSport ABS splitter and finally received it last Monday and this Monday it is broken already. But they are currently working with me so we will see. I did get a heck of a deal since they took so long to get it out. They have me a 10% refund.
Not 100% happy with the looks yet but it's growing on me.

im pretty sure almost all the poly lips/sides are from the same manufacturer in china. ive seen various ones side by side and they're all IDENTICAL. down to the waviness in the same areas lol.

that said, you can try hitting up modbargains. theyre a vendor here too so you'd be helping support the community!

Thanks for the help so far. I figure with replica stuff it's a case of "get what you pay for", which I understand. I'm not trying to make a show car, just cover up some unsightly scratches. But I did want to make sure that the vendor would at least stand behind what they sold (no matter how cheap/Chinese it was).

I'd rather support the community than go to eBay, especially since it's more likely to get a reputable vendor that way. I'll check out some options around here. Thanks!

Bayson R has good fitment, but USE YOUR OWN HARDWARE TO INSTALL( screws, clips, etc) I took off the rear spats I had on my car and the clips were such low quality they were brittle and broke before even trying to get the clip off... And the screws they use rusted in SoCal... Hardly any rain here. So use your own hardware

I love how on BaysonR's site they list the STi style lip for $20 higher than they have it on eBay.

Their site:
http://www.baysonr.com/12_14_Subaru_...-brz13-sti.htm

eBay:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/ST-Style-Fro...ZTzzs3&vxp=mtr

Same EXACT part.

Thanks for the tip.

Is there a list of what hardware is needed somewhere? Like which screws (size, pitch), what kind of clips, etc? Assuming this is something I can pick up at a local hardware store, right?

You will also have to drill your own holes in the lip most likely as well. The polyurethane one I got didnt have holes in it at all. So I just had a shop install it and use better screws than the plastic clips they come with.

I have full lip kits of STI from BasonR and fitment is good considering it's replica.
it's not perfect but close.
