I fired a kid once after 4 hours. He couldn't figure anything out and was afraid of the blizzard mixer. I was in a bad mood and lost my shit on him (I do feel bad about it) I also had 1 girl go for lunch and never come back on her first day....

So I told the supervisor we needed to clean the grease trap.... so she got the new girl to do it and its one hell of a nasty job. Perks to the supervisor for doing her job the way I used to by making everyone else do the bitch work, but the new girl must have been grossed out and never came back.

Im terrible at delegating. Im getting better at it but Im still pretty hands on. However I do work with "volunteers" that change all the time so its kinda needed so they dont mess stuff up. Im trying to get another staff to stay on them instead but he is terrible oaying attention tk detail. Both my paid staff have been here so long they are kinda complacent and need to be whipped back into shape. Our work environment is hella lax but running the place by themselves while waiting for a hire did the place no good

They closed the DQ closest to my house, next closest one is like 20 minutes away. Makes me kinda sad, but at least I'm not getting fat on Blizzards.

And am I the only person who likes Heath Blizzards?

Hahahaha, I love delegating. The secret is to make sure you look like you are doing the worst or the hardest job and everyone else respects you alot more and it makes it easier. If you just tell people what to do they resent you and dont want to work. At-least thats what I found works best.

LOL I ate chicken fingers and burgers and blizzards everyday for like a year.

They never had heath blizzards when I was working there. Cappuccino Skor was among the best I ever invented.

@go_a_way1 I keep blowing my coilover budget. Last time was on wheels/tires, and this time it was OFT and a planned trip to Disneyland. I just can't seem to pull the trigger on coilovers. Partly because I enjoy the ride now (still want to "learn" the car) and I'm not too offended by the wheel gap. My age is showing through

LOL screw Disneyland! Yeah I blew my budget 3 years ago and I am still spending hahaha! Good for you for saving your money though. Honestly you dont need coilovers on this car, I only went with them because I am going to be running race tires and need a higher spring rate.

Yeah we had those hahaha! I used to know like 100+ combos for blizzards. I forgot the all now, that part of my brain has been replaced with knowledge of all the aftermarket parts for the FRS

I'm really just "trying to do the right thing", but the used market for the GT86 community is outrageous! Everything is so damn cheap. It really all works out well though, I get OFT, a trip back home to visit my family/inlaws (happy wife happy life) and a track day. More importantly the track day because that takes money with all the maintenance that I do leading up to it. Plus I get the joy of kicking ass on P.mu pads and 71Rs. I aint gonna lie though, when these KW, RCE and TEIN coilover threads pop up, I really must turn away because my "justify purchase" sense starts to tingle. IS IT TIME FOR YOU TO REVEAL YOUR BUILD YET?
