Yeah, I was down to 175lbs and 11% body fat before college. Very loose schedule so I went to the gym ad worked with a great trainer twice a day. Now at 240lbs. Just started going to the gym a month ago and doing a weight lifting routine last week. Still eating like shit though (a little better but not a lot) so I'll see. I'm 5' 10" btw

I'm not that big, but I was also never that fit. 11% is insane. I'm 6'3" and weigh 226.

Yeah, before that I was walking around at like 210lbs at like 18% body fat. Took me around a year to get to that point. Then I seperated my shoulder and left for college. Now my trainer is way more successful and has really short hours that don't work for me so doing it by myself. Im just hoping to get back down to under 200lbs honestly.

My low weight was 5 years ago

Speaking of chili, we have a famous place in Austin near the state capitol building called, appropriately enough, Texas Chili Parlor. X is for tourists, XX is for those feeling brave and who have a large roll of antacids handy, and XXX --- well, if you are not a native Texan who has been eating hot food since birth, DO NOT ORDER THE XXX CHILI! I've been brave enough to order the XX, and it nearly killed me. Not only will it burn like hell on the way down, it'll burn like hell when it leaves about a day later too!

Lol, i struggle trying to get weight. I weight 143 pounds and my height doesnt help me with 6'. I eat equals of 2 healthy adults. I tried calories shakes but upset my stomach

Was up until about 12:30 this morning arguing with the woman about the most inane shit possible. I don't understand how her brain works. Zero fucking logic to any points that she brought up, and she got super mad at me calling out the flaws in her points.

Needless to say, there is no woman in my life anymore. 'Sup ladies?

No doubt. Apparently she's been wanting to end things for a few months now. Glad that I managed to waste all that time, in addition, I took a transfer within my company that has me working less (read: I took a 20k pay cut to be with her more often).
