Nope. Flaps will not go under the side skirts or spats. Both SS and spats curve several inches inside the wheel wells, and the flaps hang a couple inches off the sides of the car.

So what is the recommendation for the best way to install both the kit and the flaps without modification to the SS or splats?

I left out a single screw and just put them over. They've been holding just fine for over a year. And that with several track days(top speed was 145mph), gravel and dirt roads, and like 25k miles.

One is crooked because I backed it into a curb and the tire pulled it down. Other that that they sit as straight as you set them.
