Thanks. I completely understood what you were saying, but something did not seem quite right. Exactly why I initially asked about the license. Thanks for the help. I'm still going to wait for a response from the seller because he may have some extra details that were left out.

I have a Perrin 2.5 nonresonated catback for sale.
Miles: roughly 14k miles
Condition: good, except for scrapes on the lowest part of the exhaust (will include pictures, but it does not affect the overall performance of the exhaust)
Includes: Everything but gasket. You will need one 2.5inch gasket.
Reason for sale: I got a nameless axleback
