Finally found a supplier for Alumalite. Though at a price that was a bit surprising. $170 a 4x8 sheet.... Shocked me a bit as the price I see most people paying is ~$110 a sheet.
Being this is my only available supplier, I will just have to live with it. Being the price is higher than expected, I plan on using the 3mm Dibond for the diffuser. I am hoping it will strong enough, but I don't see it being an issue. Also ordering SPC LCAs today. I was going to go with Whiteline, but it seems they are back ordered, and the SPC come with toe adjustment as well.

255/40/17 Tires will be ordered today (unless I get the message they are out of stock, just waiting on the email confirmation). Going with Federal RS-Rs again this year.
Still trying to decide what to do with the broken wheel. I was finally able to find a single replacement, but for more money than I think is worth it. I think I might just get this wheels fixed (Welded) closed and call it good for now. In other news, got my SPC Lower control arms in. I'll actually get an alignment this time with the coilovers on (kept forgetting to when I switched from springs to coils). So hopefully I don't eat through the tires as fast this year.

I have been looking at upgrading brakes to the RR-Racing Front/Rear kit. The last track day I had quite a bit of brake fade. I chocked it up to Track pads in the front/stock pads in the rear. A simple pad swap could fix this, but who knows.
Not sure I could do it for a better price, but if I come up with the bracket, I have a friend that will mill out the bracket for me for price of material. So I may attempt to tackle it myself. I will use STI rear rotors. I have to make the decision to try the Lug mount or radial mount calipers. I did notice RR-Racing has a kit running the powerlite caliper which Max usable rotor (according to wilwood) is 1/2" smaller than the STI Rotors they use it on.

Added another Not-so-Subaru Subaru to the family yesterday:
![]() Best Picture for now, it was dark when we picked it up. Owned by an older lady for the last 60xxx miles. Just had two axles replaced, and valve cover gaskets replaced. Though it still has the symptoms of worn axles and an oil leak that appears when you get on it. So those will be the first things we will be addressing. Car has a mint interior and the exterior is really good for how poor the paint is on the cars.

Hit up 100 Acre Wood Rally this weekend. Car came back a mess:
![]() ![]() ![]() Had an extremely fun weekend though. Was going to come back home Sunday and swap suspension back to coilovers and get the new RLCAs on. Only to find a flat tire on the 9-2x with a cut in the sidewall. Not sure how it happened, but it did. So threw the FRS Wheels on the 9-2x until we can get new tires for the summer wheels. ![]()

Well it is happening earlier than expected, and on dead tires, but Summer suspension is getting installed tonight. (as long as I can find all the tools, cleaned up and having a hard time locating everything).

Suspension Swapped, SPC LCAs installed with as close to the same amount of camber as I could get from just sight. So weird having to fall into the car now. I love the feel though. I have missed how the car felt with this set-up. The lighter wheel/tire package is also very nice, much nicer to live with.

Cruise control isn't working. It will turn on, but won't let me set the speed. It will then turn the cruise control yellow and not let me do anything a few hours after I tried using it. Throwing a C1201 code. Which apparently has something to do with the ABS system?? It goes away after a few cycles of turning the car on and off.
I also had the Cam Sensor fault code come back on the way home from vacation, so it may be related. Going to swap the sensors around to see if it comes back. Unfortunately I don't get the issue unless I am on the highway at a steady speed for a good length of time.

Hey not sure if you may have been making a similar mistake as I was when I first purchased my car, however if your foot is pushing down on the clutch at all when you're trying to set the speed for CC it will not set.

Most CEL's will cause cruise control to be disabled.
Also a lot of basic scan tools won't be able to clear that DTC... if you have ecuteck you may want to use it to clear the code and see if it reappears. Do you also have the abs light on or can you tell if abs activates abnormally when you mash the brakes? Check the ABS pump. Start with the external wiring at the pigtail. Could be simple as a broken/pinched wire, a lot of the time a bad ground can trip it up. While you have the wheels off you may check the same on the wheel speed sensors though usually they have their own fault codes and will cause weird pulsing in the brakes when the speeds don't match wheel to wheel.

Using OFT which doesn't read body fault codes. Though there is no CEL or any warning lights for that fact. I don't get the Cruise error light unless I try to set cruise speed a few time. It turns off after a few power cycles though. The fault reader at the local auto store does seem to be able to clear it. (Cleared it, started car, held brakes, turned cruise on, turned car off, re-checked codes - 0 codes). I am going to check wheels speed sensors this weekend hopefully. I will also run back over and read the codes again just to double check. ABS all works fine with no issues. The ABS code that popped up seems to be related to the engine code I got for whatever reason (from the searching I have done). I have only seen one other person with the issue that was cleared with a trip to the dealer. I have a friend who works for the Toyota Dealer, I am going to see if he can be the one to do the code reading if I do take it in to them.
