FR-S Front bumper tabs removal

Hey everyone, has anyone had experiences with removing the tabs in the front bumper that hold onto the grill? I want to remove those tabs but I'm unsure of how to go about doing so. Thanks in advance for any feedback

I believe you just have to remove the bumper and then press them in (pinch them) and push them out. Relatively easy to do

IF it doesn't stay when pushed in, I reckon you do.

A recent post explained that one should attach a part of it first ...... I can't find it......
