Close, but definitely unpainted and not including taxes. For SWP, I believe it's a three stage and more difficult to get right, which accounts for a majority of the cost, circa $400 or so. Quality of the job in relation to cost being a factor as well. Seen some freshly painted and repainted bumpers that were cheaper and look ok from 10 feet and edited photos, but on closer inspection, were clearly mismatched to the OEM paint. Shell out for quality or wait for a 9/10 replacement is my suggestion.

This price might be too expensive or will be overpriced to most, but I'm just throwing it out there for options. I found this sight that offers OEM bumpers painted and shipped. They paint them using the OEM color code provided to them by you. I was considering ordering a front bumper for my BRZ from them just because I don't want to deal with down time or a shop in my area.
