I have a few friends (2-4) that like karting that will be joining as well. Do we need to make reservations?

For the karting, I don't think so. That is, if it's like GPNY, then you can walk in and race whenever you want.

As for sitting in their lot looking at each other's cars and chatting it up, I don't see why they would get mad. Well, if our meet gets too big, then maybe.

Ok cool. I was just thinking Fridays and weekends they tend to get busy in the evening. Too bad GPNY wasnt closer.

They probably do, but I doubt they would turn away paying customers. Worst is you'll have to wait a bit till your race comes.

GPNY is actually much closer to me then Pole Position. But, I'd rather meet fellow FT-86 members and see their cars.

Maybe we can do GPNY another time. I definitely liked the elevation changes on the course when I went there.

That was a nice touch. The uptown track is really fun. Coming down the hill into during the turns is really a rush. Although, last time I went, there was a dip at the bottom as you come out of the turn. I must of lost control there multiple times as I was trying to put power down out of the turn. Good times.

i'm down for the meet up and for some karting as well. PP owes me a free race anyway for my bday month. 2 great reasons for me to go now.

I'll be in my brz if i get it by then, otherwise I'll be in my tribeca.

they were pretty crowded the last time i was there on the weekend. if you want to race, you'll need to get your name registered ASAP, as it could be up to 90 mins before you get your turn especially if the place is packed.
