Really, there's only gains to be had with a catless header. Most of your gains will be up to the quality of tune you get. Do some research on here and you'll find your answer.

Get a drop in filter over a cold air intake, way less money, almost the same gains. Cat back is pretty much for sound and looks only, unless you're pushing big power with FI

This is from the basic bolt on thread

Catless header with tune (petrol) around 20 wheel hp

So about 23hp. I don't know how much extra the intake would do...some companies showed 5whp gains from a drop in.

It's really tough to give an exact number because it depends on the header you choose, the intake you go with and that all cars are a little different and will react a little differently to parts.

Also, some other information...but again keep in mind each part varies differently and provide better gains in different areas in the rpm range.

Catback exhausts
Little power gain maybe 2 or 3 wheel hp depending on other mods

Front Pipe - Hi-Flow cat or catless (secondary cat)
Little power gain maybe 2 or 3 wheel hp depending on other mods

Overpipe
Very little restriction here on NA car maybe 1 or 2 hp depending on other mods

If your a numbers guy, your roughly looking a 25whp (28hp) (minimum) with all the bolt-ons (minus intake)
Like i said earlier, drop in filters showed gains of 4-5whp.

With a full header back system and tune, people range from 220-235hp

i think if you know for sure that you're gonna go fi in the future then just ignore any power mods unless it's a tune(since you'll need one later anyway). it's just a waste of money to do bolt ons if you know you're gonna go fi... so i'd say just go for the fun cosmetic stuff for now. or maybe suspension. and/or a short shifter.

A good rule of thumb is if the car didn't come with a turbo, Cobb doesn't make an AccessPort for it. Nor will they ever.

Don't forget the frontpipe cat. It's not small.

'FI' isn't a synonym for 'turbo'. Why would I not do headers and a frontpipe if I'm going supercharger? Even turbo I'd still change the frontpipe.

For the year to come im looking into getting the Injen cold air intake + Invidia cat back exhaust and a cobb tune to finalize things. Has anyone ever ran this set up? Im curious to know how much power Im actually looking to make out of these mods before I go nuts...
Any tips, advice, results will help thanks....

Have a read of the Basic Bolt on Mods link below

Catless header + tune + drop in filter in stock intake is best bang for buck power mod cost you about $1200 or so

worth about 20 wheel hp on petrol and about 30 on E85 with appropiate tune

The catless header will also make exhaust a bit louder even with everything else stock.

Well, 5-8 HP/Tq does kind of fall within the margin of error on a dyno. For me, personally, it isn't worth the price or the extra noise.

Edit: I also don't trust a lot of manufacturer dynos. They're trying to sell you their product, right?
