The BBK pistons are properly sized so they do not change the front/rear braking bias at all. Pretty much everyone with the AP Racing BBKs track them with stock rear calipers; they do not overheat. Just run the same old compound front and rear and you're good to go.

I love the Velox hood lovers but I am scared sh*tless to cut my hood. Maybe one day I will find the courage.

Dayum....sway me with the data. I have seen that data and its impressive. However, I'll let you guys beta test these.
I am interested on your feelings on the rain guards. Another reason I am nervous to pull the trigger is water in the engine bay. Looks like the water drips forward on the radiator, then to the bottom under engine pan then to the ground. I don't drive my car much and only in the rain when I get caught in it. The pressure washer is my concern. Sorry to thread jack.

Remember our engine is not made of paper mache Water penetrates the cooling package all the time when driving in rain and the fans spray it all over the block and it just evaporates. |

love the car! - hows the volex rear diffuser working out for you? im worried about
having too much rear end downforce since i have the wing and about to install my diffuser as well, i have the STI front lip.

The Velox diffuser has been great. High speed runs on Mexican highways have produced great results and I'll be on track with it at 130mph soon enough. I wouldn't worry about having too much rear end downforce with a wing and the diffuser. You can always balance out the front aero with a proper splitter and end plates, also conveniently available from Velox Motorsports |

Installed a pair of Velox Motorsports dry carbon splitter end plates today.
They produce 60% more downforce in front with minimal drag. (Informative Packet) Also cleaned her up and cruised around before taking a few photos of the recent additions. |

Been meaning to ask about your videos; what camera and mic setup do you use? Seem to get really good high quality video and exceptional audio with it, and no describable wind noise..
Loving the new pics too bud! Not a fan of the stock wheels on these at all though, I'd be tempted to get them sprayed or plastidipped... |
