Stocky, I missed your mention. Am glad to have seen this thread. I misread the isobar in @VeloxEric's model. Would have seriously fucked up if the louvers were located to the rear of the hood.

My thoughts? Do this.

I love how the photo shoppers have created this secondary market before the product has even been officially released. In the near foreseeable future I predict; want to trade inners for outers, outers for inners, and want to split, threads popping up everywhere.

edit: Now can we get you photoshopers to photoshop some RPF1s on that car!!

Already have the splitter and rear diffuser and turbo is generating a lot more heat...

Need to see these colour matched on dark blue (E8H) so they don't stand out so much.

Un-called for! Stockers for life. I have wheels on it now, will post up photos when I get a spare moment.

You can get the raw units and paint them to match the car. Black will stand out a bit but not terrible on a dark car.

For those interested in purchasing, Velox is currently out of stock (ordering more) but FT-86 SpeedFactory has it on the shelf and on the website now!

That's the color of my BRZ (galaxy blue). I'll post up a picture after they are installed in a couple of weeks.

Will update with more as they trickle in.

Thanks,

Looks like you tightened the nuts quite a bit, just wanted to let you know the nuts are serrated so they resist backing off and don't need clamped on really tight. I've been going finger tight + 1/8 to 1/4 turn roughly. The serrated feature really helps the nuts backing off so as long as it's a bit snug, you're golden.

Other than that install looks killer!

Thanks,
Eric
