Yeah, you're re-heating the aluminum when you powdercoat, so it *can* get hot enough to affect the heat treatment or (even worse) cause the aluminum to anneal. Low temp powdercoat is theoretically low enough of a temperature that this *shouldn't* happen, but if your coater leaves it in the oven a little too long, or hasn't had their oven thermometer calibrated in a while, you could be in for a bad time.

I heard that oo... but here's the the thing, is it test proven or it's scientific theory?
