Another option is you can bend some of the bulb contacts outward more. It will hold itself better in the socket.

And so while I was in there I went and changed the halogen bulbs over to the xenons and adjusted the aim of the fogs. Also managed to find 2 of the clips from the OEM fog light kit which popped off but am still short 3 and the dealership couldn't find them in the parts system.

Comparison of halogen in projector housing to the xenon in the other.

Both xenons in and beginning aim adjustment.

Now I just need to get my headlight bulbs to match .
Can you take a pic with just the foglights on?

Wrapped one of my A-pillars in Alcantara from Overland Designs. I don't usually do well with arts/crafts projects, but with some great advice from @Figo (thanks!) and a slow / steady approach - it turned out perfect. Super stoked.

Now I just have to do the other side lol.

No metal to the bulb contact. It's all molded plastics.

Were talking about the electrical contacts in the bulb socket that contacts the metal contacts on the bulb

Ok, got it. I thought you were talking about the xenon fogs as that's what I was more worried about. If the switchback falls out again I'll try that and see if it gets a snugger fit.

Thanks! Attaching the harness to the rear seatbelt support was a royal pain in the ass, I won't lie lol. Rest of the install was pretty simple, just time consuming. I got it from soloracer.com.

Here are the photos of where the harness attaches in the rear. Getting the rear plastic interior cover off (and back on) was tough, as was getting the harness loop in there with the right spacers on it without losing everything.

Here you can see the harness attachment loop bolted underneath the seatbelt mount:

Nope. The main body ECU won't turn the fogs on unless its powering the headlights.

Now a tech might be able to tell us whether that a change they can make with the shop computer interface.

If it bothers you any, this is what I did to conceal the bracket that supports the 3rd brake light.

Here is the stencil I created in Illustrator just in case you want to try it.

I purchased the sticky-back felt sheet at Michael's for $1.29.
