New Bumper or Bondo?

Hello,

Soo, hit some debris on the DVP this afternoon and it caused this to my bae

Need advice on whether or not I should just get a new bumper ASAP or if this is repairable with bondo / whatever they use at a body shop. Also, anyone recommend a bodyshop in the scarborough / markham area?

ALSO, does anyone know where I can get a giant JDM bandaid sticker

some lips will cover that up if you're open to that option. but, they'll also make the front lower.

A couple of options for the BRZ are the C-west and greddy lips. I have the C-west and mention the greddy here:

Would just get a new bumper. Willing to bet the body work would cost close to a bumper. You could probably get it painted for around 300 as well.

If it was just the crack then repairing it would be possible with plastic welding. However its missing a chunk...so I think replacement is the better option.

if only the canadian exchange rate wasn't so crap. The c-west lip actually costs more than a bumper

Yeah, but it comes pre-painted. After painting the bumper will cost more.

Definitely get a new bumper, any repair to that is going to fail and end up costing you more in the long run.

New bumper... no amount of bondo, plastic welding, stickers is gonna fix this. The lip kit is a decent idea but not really a fix. if it was a smaller portion of the car I'd say go with the lip but this is pretty substantial damage.

I would legit just ziptie it, throw in a cheap ass lip and drive it. Shit will always break new or already broken.
