With salad, the avocado is really good. Mind you it have antioxidants, rich in omega 3 and others healthy fats. Most women use it for hair damage repairs.

I read somewhere that beer was supposed to make a good hair rinse but I just ended up standing in the shower drinking beer. Seemed like a waste to use it on my hair.
