I always put them on the wheels before offering the whole assembly up to the hub!
Am I doing it wrong?

No, I just think it's easier to put it on the hub first. As long as it's on the hub and between the hub and your wheels, it's fine.

I just dropped them right in the wheel. They fit pretty easy, so I hope they're not too loose. They might be easier to use if I do what jawn does and put them on the hub first.

Right. Mine fits very snugly in the wheels, the rings usually stays on the wheels when I take the wheels off the car.
If the rings are the right diameter for both the hub and the wheel, I wouldn't worry if they feel a little loose. They're just a guide for the nuts to align correctly anyway.

In the case of Big Bone Lick, it was called that because there were apatasaurus skeletal bones found there. Thomas Jefferson owned a fossil leg bone taken from BBL. On the other hand, no one can really explain the Beaver Road part...

Think I desperately need to go on a vacation. Soon. Feeling burned out from work and other stuff. Last time I went on an actual vacation was 2011 to florida.

May-June is too far away for my trip down south.

Ugh, okay. So, the lugs I bought actually weren't locking. I'm not too upset about it because they're orange, and awesome. But my dad won't leave me alone about not having locking lugs. He's concerned someone will try to steal my wheels and really wants me to get locking nuts. I'm going to indulge him just so he'll shut up.

The only problem? Can't find the locking lugs that match. I just don't think they make them in orange. I can buy another color, but then one lug wouldn't match. I don't know how bad that would look though.

EDIT: Apparently I wasn't googling right. I found the locking nuts that match haha
