Wheels Help

Hey guys
So I decided to spend my tax return on some wheels. I have a red BRZ and want to get bronze rims for it. I was thinking of the XXR 527s. Would you guys suggest me getting tires as well or can those rims fit on stock tires for now?
Also, what should I get in terms of rim size, offset (dimensions)? And if there are any other cool rims that would look good on a red BRZ, mention it! I want to look at a variety of rims.
I want mine to look similar to the one in the picture, just probably not as low

Theres a couple of things to consider..

How much wider do you want to go? If you are looking to still fit stock tires I would suggest to not go past a 8in wide wheel as that is already stretching them quite a bit.

Are you looking for performance or looks? Also what is the budget? Most people will recomend to get new tires if you are looking for wheels.

I am almost positive that this guy has: Coilovers, LCA, and Camber bolts. He possibly has UCA also.

I'm guessing 18x9.75 +20. with a 225/40/18

I'd try 18x8.75 +35 wont poke as much. easier to dial in.

So I want the tires to be at least flush with the body or sticking out an inch at max. If there will be trouble with stock tires, I am looking to get Michelin Super Sports. I can get tires and rims at the same time if need be.

The best size/ offset that people seem to be going that won't poke and is still functional is 18x9.5 +38.

If you want to go 17's I believe its 17x9+38

245 to 255 size tires will fit well

Two questions.
1. How low do you want to go?
2. How much camber are you willing to run?

If you want to go super low like in the picture and don't mind 4-5++ camber, and don't mind 225/40 or 215/40 tires, the 9.75 +20 is good.

Otherwise 8.75 +33 is the better choice for performance.

Im looking for like an inch or half an inch gap between the tires and the body. If I can avoid camber I will. The max I would want to go is .5 degree negative max. Thats pushing it.
I think I want to go with +38 and a 245 tire.
I hate picking this whole rim/tire setup!😂

With that amount of lowering you need coilovers. I think you already have that planned.
9.5 +38 is a good setup with coilovers. Without they are a very tight fit.

Stock there is no camber adjustment.
Look up/search camber adjustments for this car.
Mainly-
front camber bolts and/or camber plates.
rear lower control arms.

-.5 camber is not pushing it. I have had pretty damn even tire wear on -1 front and -2 rear. Personally I feel, -3 starts getting aggressive.

You can't just add camber bolts, if there is no room between the tire and stock spring. You will also need coilovers to be able to add camber. The smaller spring diameter on coils lets camber adjustment possible.

This is only if it is close.
Example: With stock diameter springs: Camber bolts work on 9" +35 front wheels, but won't work on 9" +45.

Please correct me if i'm wrong...
