1. The relay is the biggest PITA tbh. It took me forever, too.
2/3. Try loosening the tail lights and moving them around before tightening the bolts to ensure proper fitment. It took me a bit to get them lined up nicely.
4. If you would have purchased the JDM Spec of the Tom's, you would get a yellow LED turn signal. I wasn't a fan of the US Spec red blinker either, so I purchased the JDM Spec and love the contrast. (note: with the JDM version there is no side marker light on the tail which may not comply with your state laws

Damn, I didn't know the JDM Red Tom's were yellow, no wonder I saw some Yellow Red Tom's. %!$#!@#
I just didn't want to do the JDM Wiring, would this be the right ones?

I would be worried about getting rear ended and the insurance co discovering that my tail lights were not DOT approved and refusing to pay. they'd probably win that court case in most places.

Which is exactly why I went for DOT taillights. I much prefer the orange though!

Yea the JDM spec comes with the yellow blinker (the entire housing is still red, the blinker portion just flashes yellow when activated). I purchased my JDM spec tails pre-wired from Furious Customs (formerly Guerrilla Racing). If you email them they should give you a coupon discount code to use at check out.

I can't confirm if the Amazon ones you posted are legit or if they come pre-wired though.
