Some camber in the back would help big time. I'm not sure the 16mm is too big just yet, but you have to get that alignment sorted.

As for the tires...they did get a bit hot...and greasy feeling with that much air in them... but pretty much came thru UN-scathed..

Let Jeff Cashmore drive your car, then you'll find out what it's capable of. He can adapt to pretty much anything in about 2 runs. I'm sure he'd be up for it to, he is usually itching to drive new model cars.

OK...Let me just say up front...HOLY SMOKES..this thing Responds to Alignment input.... and any kind of suspension tuning... With the camber sitting at -2.3 and 5.5 degrees of CASTOR... It planted the nose...and more or less could sit and spin on a dime... WOW... it 'tried' to go where I pointed it... it ROTATES and Pivots with the best of them...problem is...now the ass-end is loose, loose, loose... Course was a national style course...pretty open with lots of sweeps and transitions... The RE-01r's seemed to have absolutely NO GRIP in the rear @35 psi...the front was set at 40...I expected a marginal improvement in handling...what I got was a throttle on oversteer vehicle the skated all over the place..:/..I have never had a vehicle respond to minor tweaks like this one..... well I lowered the rear tire pressure to 28..*about as low as I wanted to take it...and ran in Sport mode on the traction control... it helped keep the rearend in check..however would not allow me to accelerate out of the corners like I wanted....bottom line is... This thing responds well to alignment tweeks...like no other... I ended up taking the Rear Bar completely off...it helped..but it was still twitchy under acceleration... With -2.4 degrees of camber...the wear pattern on the tires was about perfect...equal heat and rollover was right to the Arrow... now...IT NEEDS A FRONT BAR... I am hoping I can calm down the twitchyness with the coilovers... spring rates are going to be key to try to get the rear end planted so I can trust it to stick..almost like the rear stock spring rate is 'too much'... hard to believe I know.. but as twitchy as it was ...even with NO rear Bar...makes me wonder how it will respond to the Spring rates... more later..

I think you are too use to Subarus. Thats a lot of front camber, which I know all the wrx's and sti's love and practically nothing on the back.

you are probably correct...trying to get a WRX/STi to Turn is like putting a sign in the window of the local vet offering free Kittens...:/..it was 'always' a chore..:/ this thing...can spin like a top if need be..

All of this looks simply amazing. Thanks for offering all your suggestions and input when it comes to tweaking the car.

My 2nd autocross event will be July 14th and between now and Then I have to setup the car.

By then I will be running the Dunlop Star Spec Z1's and should have alignment sorted out by then as well.

Looking at your alignment setup should I just go ahead and copy your homework ? Pretty much stock for now nothing on the car!

Or go with something a bit more conservative.
