Lmao! That is awesome, but poor guy. I am thinking about ordering my summer tires today but I need to store them at my work and my boss is gone for 2 days. Do I order them today and hope for the best or wait and ask her? The problem with them is they crack in -9C or colder and have to sit inside for atleast 24 hours before you mount them so I figure why not order and store them until it warms up a bit more and is safe to put them on

In this situation, and I know he has time deadlines to meet because I used to do it, but I would have a hot cup of cocoa ready when he shows up.

OK, here's the answer:


1. The saying means literally, "Having come, take."


2. It was spoken by Leonidas, King of Sparta, on the occasion of the Battle of Thermopylae. He was telling the Persians that if they wanted his weapons they could "come and take them".


3. Texas deliberately adapted this in their first flag:







The flag was used at Gonzales to tell the Mexican garrison that they could "come and get" their cannon. The Mexican garrison left without fighting.

Neat I didn't know about the Texas flag and them telling the Mexicans to come and take their cannons. Thanks for sharing

Yeah, too bad you're not a U.S. citizen and can't sign it. This will affect a lot of the aftermarket world though if it does get passed because the US market is a huge market for most of the aftermarket companies.

Well with the low Canadian dollar they could all move up here to Canada and make parts for sale on Canadian cars but still ship them to the USA for people that want them for when they come race in Canada (for all the EPA knows). And the best part is cuz our dollar is so low the parts would be cheaper to make then in China

Mine were delivered fast and I can't use them for weeks, so I don't see the harm in waiting, especially if you can't store them somewhere warm. I've stuffed mine in the basement. It's not warm, but I doubt it gets anywhere near that cold down there.

That's not a bad idea, but I work all day and there's no one home to greet him. He was out early too. It's pretty impressive.
