Are these DOT approved?

I have looked everywhere and I don't know if these are DOT approved?

Also a little confused on what DOT approved lights needs to have?
I read some taillights have to have a reflect red portion and also have to be seen from a certain distance, is this correct?

Highly doubt it.

Edit: DOT needs a side marker bulb and red brake lights and red/amber signals ect. I don't remember all the rules. The plastic also has to be a special plastic and if it is DOT approved they stamp the lens so during inspections its easy to identify if thats what your worried about. I had a friend who imported a stagea and they would not pass it because the headlights and taillights did not have to DOT stamp even though they were OEM
