It should be the rebirth of the Celica!
In the early 80s, when the car was RWD, I wanted one SO bad. By the time I got my license, they moved to a FWD platform. I never did get to drive (or own) the 82-86 celica GTS I always yearned for. However, I do have a BRZ, and love the twins. I would love to see it rebranded & launched as Celica! |

Probably Toyota FR-S or Toyota 86, but most likely FR-S since there's no point in them changing it. I haven't seen them use International name in the US market yet.

I'd be happy with either Toyota 86 or Toyota GT86. Wish they'd just drop the FRS name completely though. Seems like most people into these cars refer to them as 86's anyway.

Be willing to bet that there are some regulatory requirements (crash, enviro, safety, etc) that it doesn't meet for Canada and that is why we are different.
