Heading back out to Junkyard today to see what other connectors I can find. My phone decided to die with 50% battery left when I tried to open my Spreadsheet. So I only had the info I remembered, which was the Servo Plugs. Which can be found on 98-02 Accord, 98-02 Odyssey, 01-03 Civic. I grabbed a few sets just in case. The plug for the Blower transistor can be found on the Accords and Odyssey as well.

I grabbed a picture of all the plugs I could find on Google Images. I will incorporate them into the File. I hope to Find more of the plugs with the help of the pictures.

I just went through the hole process. Costed me about 1000. Not really worth all the time and trouble honestly. I'm a mechanic for living. I actually got a Brz dash harnless and just de pinned what I needed and pinned it into mine. Worked great. Probably only had to cut 5 wires. Did have to swap heater core. May be able to use old one but I didn't want to risk it

You don't need to swap the top of the HVAC box unless you want the full Dual Climate swap, if you don't mind having single temp, you can leave the manual control one alone.

It's also doable for a decent amount cheaper with looking around. I am $150 in and have most of the expensive parts. I will have $250 into the physical parts needed if I buy the rest of the parts from the dealer. (Driver side servo(only need this because of the stupid metal bracket required), Temp Sensor, Hose For Temp Sensor.). Another ~$50 in connectors (Depending on what I find at the Junkyard tonight). $10 in wiring.

I look at it as a fun challenge.

Edit: Contacted the Original Designer (Rudy). He accepted my Facebook Message, but doesn't seem he ever looked at it, definitely hasn't replied yet. I don't think he is interested in this anymore.

DustinS,
I finished my harness back in October. If you need pics or help, just let me know. I haven't installed it yet because I don't have the time. I would highly suggest getting the dash harness. It will save you lots of headaches!

I am only finding the Dash Harness for $250 which Doesn't Make it worth it for me. Thank You though!

EDIT: Found the IL-AG5-7P-S3C1 plug:

It's the Ignition Ring from the 98-02 Odyssey. It turns the pins 90 degrees, but it will work.

I bought the entire Auto A/C which came with the bracket and servos, then swapped them onto my manual A/C. As far as I can tell, the bracket comes with the servo normally.

Awesome progress so far sourcing parts!

Found some Lexus Connector lists. They seem to come from the Wiring Service Manual. I could only find them for the RX-300 an RX-330. I could probably find others if I did better searching, but of well. I found some of the connectors needed in the RX-300. Going to run by the junkyard and see if I can grab them.

90980-11918 Is found on A/C Room Temp Sensor and the A/C Solar Sensor, hopefully they are easy to get to.

90980-10976 is Junction Connector J5. I am assuming this is on the drivers side/passenger side A Pillar at the floor. Hopefully.

90980-11909 is on the Wireless Door Control Sensor (Not actually sure what this is, Window Regulator?)

I think most of the wire was 18 gauge, but I am not sure.

Do you mean the relay connector? I think it is a Hella relay socket.

Not sure if these are the right size, but try this website:

http://www.partdeal.com/hella-relay-...h84989031.html part H84989031

That one comes with female and male sides, you can probably modify it to fit.

Or

http://terminalsupplyco.com/Store/De...x?CAT=EC070030 Part number HE-87122B Terminals HE-87279 I don't know exactly where to get the pins, but you could probably pirate them from another relay.

Found the HVAC housing parts are only $25 a piece. Do you know which one I would need to order to do true Dual HVAC?

Guess I need to find the part number for passenger side servo as well.

@Chaetagnath Do you have your Manual Box By any Chance?

Looks like the Part I need to be able to fit the Passenger Servo is 72120B

My question is if the internals are the same, or if They are different enough That I need to order more of the parts. If you still had it (or if anyone has a manual/Auto they could compare) and see if the parts look somewhat the same as the diagram Below.

Edit: The Top Picture is from Subaru, the Bottom Scion. The bottom half of the Scion diagram Corresponds to the Subaru One. Going to see what I need to order.

Edit: Part # 72145*B on the Subaru Diagram and #16 on Scion Diagram are different between Auto/Manual.

So Subaru Lists two part numbers for the Left Side Heater Shaft. One is for Auto Climate, One is for Manual, yet they don't list which one goes with which. I found a listing for both on Ebay, If they are correct: 72145CA020 is for the Auto Climate Control. So from what I can find: The left Side Case is needed as the servo won't bolt on to the manual case. The right side of the case has a different part number, but the servos bolt up (so who knows exactly there). The Right Side Heater Shaft is also different, and everything else seems to have the same part number between them. So Manual owners should only need The left Side of the casing, and Heater Shaft to do a true Dual Climate, without buying the entire casing. Which in all honesty would be so much easier.

I am pretty sure it is the other side you need (72120A, or the part labeled "2" in the other diagram. Plus, you likely need some minor internal parts (#16 and # 13 maybe) My manual A/C is still in the car (only did single temp), but I have the auto A/C still, I will post some photos later.

This is the diagram that makes me think I need #3. I Hope so, cause I already bought it haha. I also bought the #16 that comes with Auto Climate Cars.

The front of the car is on the other side of the unit. So, if you are sitting in your car, and the A/C is sitting in front of you you need the piece on the right hand side for true dual. 72143B*B is passenger side servo, sits sort of in the middle of the whole unit. Driver side is far left. You need 72120A.

Well That Sucks. Guess I will see if they can change my order haha. Thanks For the Info!!

Got my Panel and Resistor in the mail. I had to open the panel to diagnose a stuck button. I couldn't see any reason why it was stuck, but cleaned everything and it seems to have fixed it. While I was in there I swapped the LEDs to blue (White for the On Indicators).

Resistor Part Number for anyone Interested:
