I actually feel better about LeBlanc than I do Chris Evans. LeBlanc's a car guy, and a pretty decent driver. He collects (and drives) cars and bikes.

Why is this suddenly news today all over the internet. I recall seing a TV commercial with LeBlanc saying he's joining them, and it was a month ago or so.

I'm actually pretty excited about the new lineup as it includes more real gearheads and what looks to be more focus on the cars and less on the cult of personality and goofy gags that surrounds Clarkson. For those that want that, his new show will be available anyhow. No need to root for the old show to fail.

Chris Harris, Sabine Schmidt and Matt LeBlanc are experienced in television, have turned a wrench, and are insightful, interesting to watch and genuinely likeable. Chris Harris' work on "Drive" and "Chris Harris on Cars" is some of the best car related content ever produced.

Chris Evans may have the least experienced with cars, but the trio of Clarkson, May, and Hammond weren't that experienced either. Whereas Chris Harris and Sabine Schmidt are balls out drivers and actual journalists. In the episodes with LeBlanc he is quite likeable and one of the (if not the) fastest driver of any celebrity on the show. He's also big into bikes. For sure I'll be watching both shows.

My biggest problem is every time I see Chris Evans and those glasses I want to see The Stig reach over and slap him. Not sure why....

Fact: There are no bigger gearheads then Clarkson, May and Hammond. Chris Harris is also not yet confirmed to be on the show. If anything It will be Evans, LeBlanc and Schmidt since she's also already been seen on set.

I think it's pretty safe to say that Harris will be on the show.

This may be click-bait but it appears that the show is taking a turn away from the 3 amigos format. Evans will be leading the show, with Schmidt and Harris as contributors and folks like LeBlanc taking a recurring role type of situation.

Yeah leblanc should be decent he has knowledge, can actually drive (that one's for you Evans) and is a funny guy... Evans on the other hand.... what were they thinking

I think it's dumb the stig is staying with TG instead of going with Clarkson/May/Hammond to their new show. Yeah, it's probably because BBC owns the IP to the character, but the stig was invented by Clarkson and was part of the old format. If they're going to change the show they should come up with their own new stuff.
