Not local but someone in the Upper Midwest FB group was just looking to sell his firestorm red front bumper. He did have 2 drilled holes on each side from mounting canards. Not exactly what you are looking for but maybe shipping wouldn't be terrible

If you are going to get it painted anyway, brand new bumpers from the dealer are only ~$200. (that was for a rear)
