Why a turbo? For what it's worth, the WORKS turbo kit and the PTUNING turbo kit can retain whatever header you're using. |

I would say its time you invest some money in suspension. You should buy some quality coilovers, LCA's, chassis braces, bushings ect. If you are going to go this route don't buy cheap garbage buy quality or it will ruin your car.

Why did you go super baller with the HKS stuff and then Megan coils?
I'd say coilovers next

I didn't do any mods to this car except the tune. It had everything and we just put a tune on it a few days ago because it didn't have one.
I think putting a supercharger on a 4 cylinder would be a little silly. Turbo for more power per psi, and an appropriately sized turbo will make more torque. |

The car is used as my fiancés DD and she wants more power. Car is mainly used for her sliding around or "drifting" if you will and roll races with other slow cars in our car group lol.

Well depending on how much power she wants I would recommend a twin screw SC, the 335 sprintex would be ideal for that as it makes mad low end power. Also turbos tend to kill our cars with heat. Personally I will be getting a turbo only because my end goal is 400whp but that wont be for many many years.

How does heat kill them? Air charge too hot even after intercooler? Or are you talking about heat under the hood from the turbo melting plastics etc.
I want her to have flexibility with her power. Planning on 290-300rwhp on 93. Probably have an E85 tune as well for added timing, limiting it to 350 though. Not brave enough to run 400rwhp on E like some of the guys out there. |
