Wheels is your preference, so there's no right answer to it. You just look and see what other have done and if you like it, go for it. If you don't like it, look for other setup. Exhaust is another tricky one. It's all depends on the setup. Catback might be quiet, but if you get other exhaust parts (header, OP, FP), it can make the exhaust pretty loud. Youtube around to see if there's some exhaust that doesn't make too crazy of sound.
