And the OEM wheels are two whole inches narrower. You can look in the wheel directory of you don't believe me, +45 rubs at lock and I'm not dealing with that on a track set

Well that would hurt scrub radius, but, mainly: it would also require extended studs to be safe... Which are definitely not in the budget at the moment. I could *theoretically* buy new +35 RPF1's and still have some money for tires at that point.
I'm willing to wait for some decently priced 17x8's or 17x9 +35's. Eventually someone will be selling some. |
