Over all the Mods/Admin here are pretty lenient and sometimes things can blur the line a bit without causing issues but any repeated or blatant breaking of the above can end up in a temp or even perma ban fast.

I can understand most of this, but I've been on other forums where we had specific gun and politics/religion discussions. I just felt like, in its own vacuum, it created no liability for the forum. So people call each other bigots and tell them Donal Trump is the smartest person alive and bernie sanders is a socialist (GASP!)? I guess Im just used to defending what I say and not getting my panties in the wad past saying things back to people on the fourm.

I guess people do lose their minds and make threats because their IQ is below 70...

Kind of sad that that's why we can't have those discussions. It's literally because people are dumb. Not for believing one thing or another, but because they can't be smart enough to not pop off threatening to come to someone's home.
