I bet it sounds beautiful now. I love revving my car up just to hear those headers sing. A little raspy, but I still love them.

still looking for other suppliers and may do a bit of redesign to try reduce the cost, trouble is it that needs to be in stainless steel as I've pushed the wall thickness to run it as close as I can to the pulley nose - every 0.5mm counts
So an aluminum pulley, like those made by Raceseng for the Innovative/ Sprintex kit, would be out of the question? I assume because of durability?

'Fraid so

with the thicker wall on an ally pulley it gets bigger and so slows the charger gearing down

so the smaller belt helps. Had a track weekend and no issues, no shredded belt, no leaky supercharger, no busted up exhaust and no busted up car, made for a good time.

COTA would be amazing! But I'm just trying to get some basic track experience. All of my driving has been spirited back roads. While they are fun, deer, traffic, and unforgiving ditches are obstacles which keep me from really pushing the limits.

I'm considering taking my Perrin oil cooler off since I don't track my car crazily. Does anyone else have an oil cooler on their twin?

Yes, on both of ours. These cars run a bit warm even stock. Only takes a few miles boosted to really get the temps up there. What's the reasoning for removal? Weight? Funds?

Neither, really. Just figured I was overdoing it with the cooler.
