Not expecting much here either. Actually, I am hoping I do not owe money. I was laid off from my previous job in March of 2015 and started working again in September.

You guys say this like its a bad thing. My goal is to always to by +-$500 at the end of the (tax)day. I usually make it unless we have an unusual circumstance like larger charitable giving, or an unexpected income/expense with my wife's Band.

I have no need to give the government a free loan!

Theres a tax credit that gives you bout $2-3k if you're a full time student. Forgot the name or the eligibility requirements, but go look it up.

I used that and also had like 2-3k return last year when I was full time + working.

If he's counted as a dependent his parents/guardians could be claiming that credit, I know my father took it for 3/4 years I was in college and I took it one year (while still being a dependent). At least that's how it worked a few years ago.

The little I get back is going straight to savings or into my next car payment. Because responsible.

I may stick with the C30 ... my power goals are modest.

from what i've read there is still plenty of potential left in the c30 as it is if you're only on the carb tune and that fully taking advantage of the c38 would require all kinds of other work to be done anyway. so for me if i do want any more power(and i really don't know if i will) then i'll probably just do flex fuel and call it a day.
