It's super easy to change your IP.
That leads back to the behavioral aspect of my discussion.
Why bother just to go on a forum? Even if easy it seems like an odd thing to do unless you really want to stay hidden for some reason.

Getting paid to travel is awesome, even if you're working. What I'm really hoping for, is that he gets the job and I can ask him to bring me some TRD goodies. Maybe in JP there's not as much of a markup on parts.

no problem, i had to go through this several years ago where i got to choose being paid 30$/hr and no time and a half or 26.99 to get time and a half (i knew that i would be working on average 50 hours a week) After doing the math, i would have to work 54 hours per week with time and a half at 27 to make what i would with straight time at 30.

made it real easy to choose 30 and straight time over getting that time and a half with 27.

Have to watch what happens with income tax as well. The way our income/percentage based system works if I worked 2 hours at time and half I made money. If I worked 4 to 6 hours I actually took home less. After 6 hours I made money again but below my regular hourly wage. It sucked.

Going through a proxy in China is not super easy for most people, though :-)
Could be a nerd troll, of course.

i'm only worried if i make X amount more to push me into the next tax bracket. which happened last year, so for the last 2-3 months of the year i was not contributing enough to taxes.

uncle sam is going to have a field day with my asshole.

Lol no one takes the stuff and ends up leaving it in the meeting room so I end up taking it and sending an email telling people to eat it and get it off my desk.

You obviously do not have many engineers around. There would be no such thing as left over food if there were. In fact I am pretty sure that we have engineers from other plants show up if there is one slice of pizza left over from a lunch meeting. There is a secret left overs notification network in play or something.

LOL now the other threads are deleted and anybody joining from this point forward will think we are the weird ones! Not that they would be too far off and all.
