I committed the ultimate sin of buying the whole car before discussing it with the wife! Buying mods had to wait a year before I could even bring the subject up without retaliation.

My gf went with me when I went to go buy my frs. Wasn't even really expecting to buy it that day, but we went there, it was the right color for the right price and I could afford it so I said fuck it and bought it. Also the gf was smiling ear to ear when I told her that I was going to buy it. She even wanted to drive it home.

She now nudges me about when shes going to get her's one day.. She's also been showing me pictures of MK4 Supras because she knows I want to build one some day, and the reason she shows them to me is because she wants me to buy one... and then she wants my frs.. lol. She even showed my a listing for one that I probably could've afford but told her I'm not ready to build it yet. That and I'm having too much fun in the frs.

Can I just say that this is a greatly formatted and easy to use forum. It's a lot better than most of the forums out there and this one is seriously active compared to other I've seen. I'm not just talking about other forums for the frs/brz but I'm talking about Impreza forums, Z forums, etc. Out of all the forums I am registered for this one is by far the best.

I agree 100%. The old Evo ones I was on were brutal. Pop up adds in the middle of a post, 4 steps to even get to a point where you could type and stuff al over the place. Oh you want to attach a picture? Please fill out this application and we will get back to you.
The ease of use for this one is why some threads get turned more into a chat than anything. When you can have immediate posts and answers it makes life so much more enjoyable.

This forum also has very detailed sub sections where things can be placed. Such as the build threads or the offtopic, mechanical, general, etc. This place just makes it a whole lot of a hell easier to get around. So far out of all of the cars I have owned I am definately liking the FRS/BRZ/86 community the most.

Hey guys. So the new job seems like its going to be even slower!!!!! Its too bad I don't have a computer yet. I would kill my phone battery if I was on here on my phone all day. Hopefully tomorrow it will be set up for me

Took the week off of work. Today has been productive already.

Dropped some stuff of at the dump
Cleaned out my room of anything I won't use/wear/want (don't worry, I'm donating all my old clothes)
Installed and cleanly routed the cables for my dashcam (which I said I wasn't going to do, but #yolo)

Not a bad amount of stuff done in 5 hours. Tomorrow will be cleaning up the garage.

Edit: I also shovelled the driveway, only to have it start snowing again almost innediately after I finished. Classic SW Ontario.

Oh, you make me feel bad now. I spent all weekend and did not one thing other than play Fallout and post on here. I fear I truly am a 14 year old stuck in an old body.
