I've been looking for a strut bar. Do you think the Perrin master cylinder brace will still fit with the Hotchkis bar?

I honestly haven't even thought about it. I know it fits with most strut braces but not sure about the Hotchkis. The AEM strut bar is very similar so if someone has had success with that I don't see why it wouldn't fit.

I have a Grimmspeed one coming in next week. Hopefully it fits lol

Yeah, that panel isn't the best for stickiness. I expect the sticker will eventually fall off too. Lol.

My friends and I drove up to Angeles Crest Highway to take some pictures in snow.

It was absolutely stunning up there. Just love it.

Amazing photos!

Some of your photos match perfectly for this month's POTM theme! You should enter.

btw, did I see it correctly that, some of the car only had All Season tires? Did it slip or drove without an issue?

Being Canadian and knowing the hazards I cringed when I saw where that car was stopped!

Thank you! Where can I enter for that!?

Most of our cars have the UHP summer tires, RWD cars had to drive extremely careful at the top. It was sliding at 5mph. haha

The AWD cars had much better traction for sure even with the summer tires.

I recently stocked out and ran the stock Prius tires, it was horrible.

haha they just stopped there and played with snow. We had to pull one of the cars from the snow on the way though.

Seeing those photos makes me want to go to ACH.

At the same time, I'm totally fine with not going over a cliff like that Forester (not the one in the photos).

LOL that was what made me cringe. Nay body used to the snow knows that you never, ever, for any reason short of breakdown (and even then you are scared) pull your car over to the side of the road on the outside shoulder of a curve. Especially if that curve is on an incline and everybody has summer tires on. I appreciate that you guys probably took it real easy but snow, and incline (even tiny) and an outside curve add up to a place you never want to have your car. Might be something to mention to them next time you guys go on a snow run.

That Forester owner is the same guy actually.

He's in my group. People make mistakes in the canyons. Thankfully, he came back from it and told his story for others to learn. He's a cool dude.

Good to know!

LA people can't drive if it drizzles, snowy roads can be extremely dangerous for us. haha

That Kia wasn't with us, so we didn't really say anything!

Wrong. So wrong! The most important part of winter driving is the tires.

But you're from LA, so we aren't expecting you to know that, I guess?

Edit: This post makes me sound like a ****. Sorry lol
