I have to admit, 330hp seems a bit low if im going to the effort and expense of adding uprated internals though.

No hope of a pulley kit offering the full power the sc is capable of?

we'll see, the main scene is that you will need to go to 8 ribs to be able to drive it a max speed under load

So to truly bring out this supercharger, you'd need a pulley kit for the entire engine or just the crank pulley? Would that effect the engine in any negative ways? As well, there have been many debates on the harmonic dampener that the stock crank pulley is (supposedly). Would you guys address this as well?

there's a few options
1) just 10% smaller pulley on the SC nose - no other changes required, works with our stock tune too
2) 10% smaller on the SC nose + 7% on crank pulley (we would modify a stock pulley to keep the vibration damper aspect) - this is the point where new guts are required for long term reliability
3) above + 15% on crank, 8 rib wide & all pullies changed to accommodate the 8 ribs and water pump and alternator pulley resized to restore the original crank pulley gearing.

So with Option 3, what do you suspect the output would be? Or would different internals vary the power (i.e. 9:1 vs 10:1 compression)?

That'll be nearly enough to match your TVR power/weight. Would be fun/scary to try that on primacies

And I've heard they've spun these tvs chargers quite a bit faster than their rated max without any issues ;-)

I don't see why it would be bad? I have the Perrin crank pulley, water pump, and alternator pullies, too.

Note he said bhp, not whp. That would translate to about 320whp I figure.

Personally I wouldn't mess with crank damping with an sc installed.

I dont think these cars loose 60hp in the drivetrain. Perhaps 40hp.
