You ned every service done by toyota,
the the dealer check for ECU Tuning and co and mail all info to the German german Headquarter,
they decide the repair method or engine swap.

the dealer looked into with endoscope, no disassembling

Don't forget there Justa but there could be many, many cases where that is exactly what happened in the US as well. The difference is the people that have the good stories never tell them and all we get are the horror stories. This leaves the mistaken perception that all dealers are evil villains set on destroying the very hearts and souls of their poor unsuspecting customers.
