Jerry I dont blame you for being upset. I'd be livid.

I think you were very unlucky with the sc. I've got an eaton on my mercedes and they are rock solid and they are also used on Jaguars such as the f type and XFR.

The holidays will slow things down, unfortunately. And it is quite a string of misfortune that you keep having problems. I thought the tune issue with mine was bad, but I'd be pretty upset in your shoes, too. Hopefully it will get resolved for good now.

As for the exhaust manifold, I actually bought mine off someone else, who ordered their headers directly from Nameless. They are the exact same, unless there is some strange subtle difference I'm unaware of.

I've been told there are subtle differences and its not a carbon copy.

Gents & ladies

I've been trialing a 10% smaller pulley in our dev car that seems to work with our standard 2.0 variant tune but gives another 0.1 Bar boost pressure so up to about 0.6 from about 0.5Bar

So I'm considering offering this as a separate product
Now this would invalidate any warrenty offering on our kit as its not been through the same validation process but it should offer another 20Bhp or so and is a bolt on
naturally this is getting into the dangerous area of cylinder pressure that originally we deemed unwise so it would be sold with no warrenty given or implied for the rest of your engine

as long as this is understood up front I don't see an issue with it as its how the rest of the tuning industry operates

any takers? I would need a reasonable level of interest to get workable sized batch of parts signed off so we can sell for a reasonable price

I wouldn't go with JB Kwik. I'd go with the regular JB weld. It holds better.

Hi guys. You can add me to the list as well. I have been running stage 2.3 since late June... finally got around to registering on the forum. I know mine was the first one up and running in Australia, and to date I still have not heard of another down here. Oh, and Happy New Year to you all.
