Drove my gf home and on the way back some kids gave me thumbs up.

Alot of ppl looking at the car on the road recently. Not sure why I get more looks in winter/terrible snow weather in comparison to during summer when the car is freshly waxed and etc.

Price is a bit steep but comes with lots of accessories and support on the forum is awesome. I got it for the very good night recordings, which is when I do most of my driving.

$200 for a dash cam with hot pixels and an interference issue seems steep. Do you have any of those issues? I personally use the rexing V1 in my car it looks almost exactly like that, in fact it may even be a clone.

Those issues have been long fixed with software and hardware updates. My cam is working perfectly fine.

Remember the saying about the internet that mostly issues get reported and the good rarely does.

Good to know, have a Lukas UPS for my dash cam, you should get a ups too if you don't already have one, it's good insurance for the car when it's parked somewhere.

Was driving along and in the opposite lane this cute blonde was smiling and waving her hand at me. I was so surprised I didn't get to wave back! Guess she liked the look of the car.

This may be the best compliment I've had so far. An old family friend came to visit last weekend; he is the CEO of a company that does business consulting and makes a pile of dough. Currently, he is driving a 2015 Audi TTS with an 8 speed automatic.

We went out for Mexican food as he and his wife now live in Orlando and can't get anything approaching decent Tex-Mex there. We took my Burnt Orange (Hot Lava) MT FR-S; he is an Aggie so this was the supreme sacrifice on his part, or so I thought. On the way back, I offered to let him drive the FR-S. He LOVED it! Every time he'd approach a stop at an intersection he'd downshift into second and go "Sorry, but I just love downshifting!" I told him to go right ahead, just don't downshift into first.

After the drive, he said that the car seemed extremely stable in handling and that it would probably be nearly impossible to roll. Then he asked me about the color and I said that he shouldn't worry, he won't start bleeding orange for at least a week.

So I started to do some weight reduction and went to the gym, and it was like 11PM and I parked in the VERY front of the gym. And an hour or so later I finish and go to my car. As soon as I open the door of the gym.

I see a huge crowd of people circling around and looking at it, LOL me being the smart ass I am, I join the crowd and start freaking out about it too. And then started talking to everyone about cars and then after 5 minutes I told them that it was nice to meet everyone and I'm about to headout and then I open the door the my BRZ and everyone just FREAKS THE FUCK OUT.

And now I start my car and everyone's like DUDEEE THAT SOUNDS AWESOME!!!! CAN YOU REV IT UP!?

So I reved it up and these guys are jumping and going crazy, I'm not gonna lie I felt like the biggest bad ass LOL, and now all these guys wanna go buy one now.
