I can live with a loud cold start, I don't work terribly early (out by 8 am) so I do not imagine it would be waking anyone up.

I will be keeping the stock cat's on as I have no real reason to not have them on.

Even in the case of loud cold start that can be easily fixed with an investment in an Openflash tablet, I've edited my tune for a quieter cold start idle

If the car being really loud is a necessary BYPRODUCT of a mod that significantly increases performance, I get that. Still not wild about the loud part, but I still get it. When it's done just so you can be loud, well.. that baffles me.

Because it's not THAT loud for the most part, because I like to be able to actually hear the car and, complete honesty, no bullshit here:

After the muffler delete people quit pulling out in front of me and merging over on me as much, like noticeably. Stock I'd have people nearly cause an accident about x2 a week. And it was always obvious that it was because they had no idea I was there. After the muffler delete, about a month later I realeazed "holy shit, people aren't almost running me over all the time!"

And I like loud shouty things. Sorry. I know it's obnoxious.
