Thanks, it was a really fun event. We just lost some track time in the afternoon sessions due to the multiple tows needed.

If you are interested, I'll be at the SpeedSF event next on 1/24.

There's a cafe there, open for breakfast and lunch.

Had nasty food poisoning for a week after having a bacon cheeseburger there. I don't think I'll eat there again.

I got food poisoning as well with their hot dog special. There's a McD or other food options next to the highway. It's also a good opportunity to top off the gas tank while you're in town.

Not sure why, but I've been to a few track days where they were closed. Maybe they only open for certain groups? only on weekends?

^This, town is only 15 mins away, so I usually use the lunch break to go grab some lunch and fill up (unless you really wanted the Sunoco race gas). I usually stop by the Airport cafe for breakfast or dinner, but its more of a sit-down place, so too slow for the short lunch break.

to offer a counterpoint, yes I've eaten there many times and it was fine, didn't get sick from eating there.

Pro tip: Go over and order food as soon as your final morning session is over, before the lunch rush at 12-1pm. Also their prices are on the high side but in the morning you can get their breakfast burrito with egg and sausage or bacon, which is pretty filling and might tide you over instead of a lunch plate.
