OFT LC and FFS

Is the LC and FFS automatically on the newest version of the OTS maps (1.59)? Or do you have to go into RomRaider and activate them? My interpretation is that LC is already there at a default RPM and FFS is not enabled by default. Is that correct? I would like to play with these features but don't want to mess wih RomRaider.

Separate question, if the battery gets disconnected do you need to reflash your tune (in other words, does it reset the ECU?).

New stage1 map had LC already in it. Didn't try ffs so not sure about that.
But stage2 e85 from same version does not have LC for some reason.

LC is enable at most of the ROMs, stock at 5200rpm, to change it you need romraider. FFS is disabled. You need to edit it in romraider to enable it. You don't need to reflash with loss of power. It only needs to relearn the fuel trims and some other things. Best is to let the car idle for a minute before setting of after loss of power.

send using the coffeemaker

latest tunes are v2.07, the 1.59 are rearly old, if your editing use the new defs that come with the 2.07 tune back and read the romraider tips link below

no removing battery will only reset ecu learned values and cel codes the flased rom is permanent till reflashed.

I am only seeing v1.59 on the website for downloads? The other options are for Crawford and ESC.

I tried to download romraider and when it is downloading it doesn't finish. I get a box that is blank and has (Made with IzPack-http://izpack.org/) in the bottom left corner and has "Previous" "Next" and "Quit buttons bottom right. If I try to hit next nothing happens.

And with the battery so I understand you correctly. After reconnecting it's like you flashed for the first time? So it will feel sluggish until in re learns?

no worries. make sure to use the latest open flash manager software and latest template off the website (version 8.2), and if you're messing around with the files in romraider be sure to use the corresponding definitions file from 2.07 tune not old ones otherwise you risk bricking your ECU and tablet. Cheers

I had the same issue when I first got the tablet there seems to be two sites floating around, one a bit older than the other
