It won't be super simple but the idea would be to have a switch with some relays. A switch could be mounted for the driver to flip and that would send 12v to the trigger wire on the head unit, it would also swap the RCA input from the backup camera to an RCA cable of your choosing.

Again this isn't rocket science. RCA input sucks and the resolution on the head unit is crap but this would be your only option.
any idea how to hook up the relay and switch? i don't fully understand them

Will this work on a 2014 FRS. non bespoke. It is a Display radio. I have the AUX. Will that switch to A/V
