Back in Bridgeport, CT, I jumped out of a back window of this girls apartment, as her big ol boyfriend was banging on her door ...... and twisted my knee even worse ........

Yep, for sure. I usually do my PLF or a combat roll, but the back of the building was 1.5 stories down and it threw off my timing ...... since it was dark ...... and I was drunk ......

Typically pain in the back of the knee is from having the leg too far extended.
