It's ok. I am one of the few operators that try to work and bridge the devide between operations and Engineering. And i know who has lunch with they guys who ultimately controlls my paycheck.

I thought the pressure ratio on these blowers was about 2.4 bar max?

so at most they can delivery is 2.4Bar absolute or 20 psi of boost (gauge)
and this isn't enough for 550Bhp surely? more like 400 to 420? and thats not taking into account how much poke is required to turn one of these at that ratio

happy to be corrected tho'

Pressure doesn't indicate how much air mass is actually being moved.
