Thanks Dave. That takes care of the front seat concern for me since I wouldn't have to fold it down to get my gear in and out. You have a roller bag too, which you really can't squish up lengthwise at all. Mine is a carry bag so it's more forgiving. Maybe I'd just have the dealer or Ziebarts put a 3M protector over the top of the bumper.

Nice tire choice btw. That answers more questions about fitting real racing wheels/rubber in the back of the car too. I'd probably trim down the tools I take to events to be more efficient instead of my full tool chest. Slide tire to one side of trunk while the jack, jack stand, air tank, water sprayer, drill, and tool box go on the other side.

No way you can fit chairs and a pop-up with the rest of the stuff though. Maybe the front seat could handle that stuff.

Yeah no way a popup will fit with the rest of the stuff. Chairs could fit in the front seat area though.

Picture of how three wheels are sitting in the car, technically I had the third wheel centered on the two but I moved it to show the bag was just being blocked by the tires/wheels and nothing else. The 4th wheel/tire I put in the trunk. I could not use the documented method because there's not way two 235/40s on 17x8s will find one on top of the other like the OEM 17x7/215/45s.

Bag is loaded like this:

Basically elbow pads in the should pads, shin guards in the pants, skates in side skate pocket, helmet in helmet pocket on one end, underclothes/jerseys on the other end.
Wow, and I thought I crammed a lot of stuff in there in my "Junk In The Trunk" thread. More examples of trunk loading there for those interested in "what can I carry".

Thanks for the posting important knowledge Dave. My daughter is a goalie and I'll be toting her and her gear in my BRZ. The bag will go through the front seat and the leg pads in the trunk. Piece of cake

A hatch would have been easier to live with but would have added a lot of weight up high where you don't want it.
